ONTARIO HOT ROD TOUR (OHRT)

Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Waiver of Liability

Participation in the Ontario Hot Rod Tour (OHRT) is voluntary. By registering for and participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Waiver of Liability.

Purpose of the Event

The goal of the Ontario Hot Rod Tour is to bring automotive enthusiasts together to explore new places and share experiences with like-minded people. Participants travel as individuals but participate as part of a group.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain a minimum standard of conduct throughout the event. Reckless or careless driving will not be tolerated. Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Participants must be courteous and respectful to other participants and to the public at all times. Failure to comply with these standards, event rules, or organizer instructions may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

Hotel Booking Policy

Due to the limited number of hotel rooms available for the event, hotel booking information is provided for registered Ontario Hot Rod Tour participants only. Participants agree not to share hotel booking information or reserve rooms for individuals who are not registered participants. This policy is necessary to ensure that registered participants are able to secure accommodations.

Hotel booking details will be provided by email after successful event registration.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the Ontario Hot Rod Tour involves travel by motor vehicle and group activities and may expose me and my passenger(s) to risks including, but not limited to, traffic conditions, weather, road hazards, mechanical failure, and the actions of other drivers.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the event.

Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Ontario Hot Rod Tour organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, venues, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including claims arising from negligence.

Responsibility and Compliance

I confirm that I hold a valid driver’s licence, carry legally required vehicle insurance, and that my vehicle is roadworthy and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

I acknowledge that this agreement applies to myself and any passenger(s) registered under my participation.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Acceptance

By registering for the Ontario Hot Rod Tour, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Waiver of Liability.
